Renting with Topaz Projects and Events

Our rental process is simple and straightforward. Select items and services you would like to book for your event and add them to your cart, or send us an email and we can help decide on an appropriate package. At checkout, let us know the details of your event, and choose whether you prefer to pick up equipment or have us deliver and set up. You will see an estimated total.

After check-out is completed, our team will reach out to complete the final steps, work on customization, and provide a final rental agreement/invoice to you. Payment is due upon delivery/pickup. For your convenience, you can securely provide your credit card information to be charged on the day of delivery. Alternatively, you can pay with cash or Venmo upon delivery. This service is fully customizable to your style, season, and needs — with a menu that can include hot coffee, cocoa, or bloody mary bars, batched drinks ready to spike, vibrant aguas frescas, artisanal lemonades, or curated coolers and tubs filled with your favorite canned or bottled beverages. We use only fresh ingredients and high-quality mixers to ensure every sip is as good as it looks.

Drink Options Include:
• Hot coffee or cocoa stations with toppings + custom signage
• Fresh handmade lemonades and flavored waters
• Signature batched cocktails (alcohol not provided)
